The center includes two full-sized wooden and two synthetic-surfaced multi-purpose courts for basketball, volleyball and tennis, surrounded by a specially designed 200-meter indoor track constructed to NCAA regulations. The layout allows practice sessions for up to seven intercollegiate sports at one time.

The facility offers the latest in track surface design as well as specific areas for the long jump, triple jump, high jump, pole vault and weight throws. There is an electronic timing system that will display split-second results on a state-of-the-art scoreboard.

The long and triple jump areas are of the most modern design. There are double long jump pits allowing both the men and the women long jumpers to compete at the same time. Triple jumpers can then compete during running events. In order to capture sand from the pits, there are also trays around each pit, inside and out with pre-calibrated measuring devices attached to the rail.

The pole vault and high jump competition will be held in specific areas, too. While the runways for the jumping pits are some 195 feet, the pole vault approach is 180 feet. Weight events will be contested in a specially designed cage which is equipped with wheels and can be moved out to the radius of the throws.

The center also has 600 portable bleacher seats which will be utilized not only for running events, but also for the long, triple and high jump and pole vault areas.

In all, the production of the facility was designed to make it a coach, athlete and fan friendly atmosphere.

Donnell Stadium was opened in 1928 and has been the home of Findlay High School Trojans and the The University of Findlay Oilers ever since. The stadium, which was provided by and named after James C. Donnell, seats 7,500 people and is located in the South end of Findlay.

The University of Findlay’s Croy Center Gymnasium has been home to Oiler men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, and men's and women's swimming teams since 1970-71.

The facility contains six locker rooms plus a number of administrative offices that are used during competitions. The University of Findlay's Human Resources Department is also housed in Croy plus several classrooms that are used as lecture halls and training facilities.

Houdeshell Court, located inside Croy Gymnasium and used for basketball and volleyball competitions, is widely considered to be one of the top facilities and the most exciting atmosphere for players, coaches and fans in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

Sink Natatorium is also housed in Croy and is used for all swimming competitions.

The Wilbur and Maxine Clauss Ice Arena was opened in 1999 and is housed in the 128,000 square-foot Ralph and Gladys Koehler Fitness and Recreation Complex.

The arena, which has four locker rooms, a complete athletic training facility, a concession area, and administrative offices, plays host to a variety of community events including youth hockey tournaments and hockey skills camps. The arena is also open for rental purposes and open skates.
