The Board of Trustees has a Presidential Search Committee in place and functioning under the chairmanship of Dr. C. Richard Beckett, Chair of the Board of Trustees. The University has engaged Academic Search, Inc. of Washington, DC, to assist in the search. Academic Search is a leading national firm in assisting colleges and universities with presidential searches, particularly for private colleges. The president of Academic Search, Dr. Thomas Courtice, will be the consultant for The University of Findlay search.
