Fans are encouraged to attend the event and will have the opportunity to listen to head women’s basketball coach Kate Cummings and head men’s basketball coach Ron Niekamp speak about their upcoming seasons as well enjoy great food from Fricker’s over the lunch hour.

The GLIAC will also unveil the 2009-10 preseason polls as well as preseason all-conference teams while both Cummings and Niekamp, the 2009 NCAA Division II Coach of the Year and National Champion, will be available to chat with fans before and after the program begins.

Wednesday's basketball action doesn't stop with the media day however as both teams will hold their annual Orange and Black Preview later in the night.

The Orange and Black Preview is free and open to the public. Free pizza will be provided courtesy of Dominoes.

The gates will open at 6:30 p.m. with the women's scrimmage beginning at 7:00 p.m.
