The University of Findlay men’s and women’s cross country teams completed the 2009 NCAA Division II Midwest Region Meet on Saturday, November 7 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The women took seventh with 231 points while the men placed tenth with 281 points.
On the women’s side, Katherine McHenry was 22nd with a time of 23:27.
Brier Sterling (23:57), Tracey Stockmaster (24:00), Erin Calvelage (24:00), Rachel Hosie (24:43), Christine Zimmermann (25:40) and Abigail Magner (26:06) also competed for Findlay.
On the men’s side, Jordan Kirwen was 36th with a time of 34:33.
Shoayb Bascal (34:43), Kyle Tweed (35:03), Craig Wolfe (35:06), Tim Majoy (36:46), Tyler Swartz (37:40) and Joe Guerra (40:16) also competed for the Oilers.
