Senior defensive back Anthony Fields of The University of Findlay football has been invited to take part in the 9th annual Cactus Bowl in Kingsville, Texas on January 8, 2010. The invitation is the first for an Oilers football player since joining the NCAA Division II ranks.

Senior defensive back Anthony Fields has been selected to play in the 2009 East Coast Bowl Game, a contest designed for Division I-FCS, II, III and NAIA draft eligible seniors who have excelled on the field. Fields is the first Oilers player to ever receive an invitation to participate in the game.
