The University of Findlay men's basketball team fell 76-69 to Walsh University on Jan. 29 in Croy Gymnasium. The loss gives the Oilers an 8-9 record on the season with a 5-8 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).

Down six, senior forward Jake Heagen converted a three-point play to make the score 72-69 with only 53 ticks left. That was as close as the Oilers would get in the final minute of the game though as the Cavaliers closed out the contest by making four free throws for the final margin.
