    The University of Findlay's David Soutoul participated in the NCAA Division II 200 IM preliminary event today in Mansfield, Texas. Soutoul finished 20th and will not compete in the championship round of the event. Tomorrow Soutoul will compete in the 400 IM as fellow Oiler Mollie Cade will swim in the 100 fly.

The women finished the event in seventh place with 292 points while the men took seventh with 227 points.

The team only lost two seniors to graduation last spring and with the number of new athletes on the team, it looks like this team will be dominated by freshmen.
