Oilers Place 7th At GLIAC ChampionshipThe University of Findlay men’s and women’s cross country teams wrapped up the 2010 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Championship on Saturday, November 6 in Hillsdale, Michigan. The men’s team finished seventh with 207 points while the women took ninth with 241 points.
Oilers Take 3rd At WoosterThe University of Findlay men’s and women’s cross country teams both placed third at the 2010 Wooster Cross Country Festival on Friday, October 22 in Wooster, Ohio. The men finished the event with 71 points while the women had 73 points.
Oilers Take 2nd At WilmingtonThe University of women’s cross country team won the Wilmington College Fall Classic while the men finished second at the same event on Friday, October 15 in Wilmington, Ohio. The women won with 103 points, five less than second place Tiffin University while the men finished second to the Dragons as they recorded 115 points compared to Tiffin’s 49.
Oilers Take 12th At Louisville ClassicThe University of Findlay men’s and women’s cross country teams completed the Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday, October 2 in Louisville, Kentucky. The women’s team finished sixth in the blue division while the men took 12th.
Majoy, Kirwen Lead Oilers At Spartan InviteThe University of Findlay men’s and women’s cross country teams completed the 2010 Spartan Invitational on Friday, September 17 in East Lansing, Michigan. Christine Zimmermann led the way by taking 59th with a time of 23:10.
Oilers Run Well At Mel BrodtThe University of Findlay men’s and women’s cross country teams wrapped up the Mel Brodt Invitational on Saturday, September 11 in Bowling Green, Ohio. The women’s squad finished the event in first place of the NCAA Division II/NAIA bracket while the men took second.
