The split gives the Oilers a 23-24 record for their 2012 campaign, including a final 14-18 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).

The University of Findlay softball team swept Ferris State on Friday, March 23, at Findlay, Ohio. The Oilers beat the Bulldogs 6-4 in eight innings and 10-4, respectively. Findlay improves to 10-5 overall with a mark of 2-0 in the Great Lake Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC). Ferris State drops to 0-2 in conference action and 10-8 this season.

Milligan topped the Oilers 11-10 but Findlay was able to turn around their defense with a 10-6 win against Malone University. The Oilers have a 2-3 record for the start of the 2012 campaign.
