The University of Findlay women's basketball team lost 84-25 to Purdue University in an exhibition game on Nov. 9 in West Lafayette, Ind.
The Oilers missed all 29 of their three point attempts in the game and shot only 18.2 percent (10-of-55) from the floor. Purdue meanwhile connected on 53.2 percent (33-of-62) of their shot attempts and held a 54-20 advantage on the boards.
Senior guard Ciara Geiger led the Oilers with eight points while junior forward Margaret Wuebker, senior guard Nikki Gunning, senior forward Lacey Kessler and freshman guard Haley Horstman scored four points apiece.
The Boilermakers were led by Whitney Hayes, who had 21 points and 11 rebounds.
Findlay will host Indiana Wesleyan in an exhibition game on Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. in Croy Gymnasium.
