Findlay has participated in two events so far this season, the Eastern Michigan Open and the Michigan State Open.

Junior Nick Goebel has been a steady performer as he brought home a fifth place finish at EMU and a sixth place finish at MSU. Participating in the 149-lb weight class, Goebel has compiled a record of 9-3 so far this season with a pair of major decision wins, both over Ohio State's Blake Riley-Hawkins.

Sophomore's Ryan Skonieczny and Josh Wimer both competed well in the event at Eastern Michigan as Skonieczny was able to place fourth at 141 lbs. and Wimer took eighth, which included a tech fall victory over Notre Dame's Trenton Soto, in the same weight class.
