GLIAC Reveals Women's Soccer Poll

GLIAC Release

Coach Dye Interview

Findlay, OH - The University of Findlay women's soccer team has been picked to finish 11th in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) as the league office revealed their annual preseason poll on Aug. 11.

Coming off a season in which they went 2-13-3, the Orange and Black played competitively as five of the 13 losses came by just one goal. With some key returning players, including six-goal scorer, sophomore Marissa Swindell, the attitude for the upcoming season is optimistic.

"We're building on some of those tough losses from last season and looking to turn those into wins this year", said head coach Crystal Dye.

The Oilers first hit the field for a scrimmage on Aug. 20 at Indiana Tech but will begin their regular season on Friday, Sept. 2 at Southern Indiana.
