The University of Findlay women's soccer team is coming off of a 5-12-1 season and will be under the guidance of first-year head coach, James Walker. The team will be at home for eight games during the year beginning on Aug. 30 when they open their regular season at DeHaven Field against Urbana.
The Oilers will then open Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play on Sep. 2 when they welcome Kentucky Wesleyan to town before hosting Ursuline on Sep. 6. The Oilers will then head to Lake Erie on Sep. 8 before making a trip to Kentucky Wesleyan and Trevecca Nazarene on Sep. 13 and 15, respectively.
Findlay will play host to Ohio Dominican on Sep. 20 and remain at home on Sep. 22 to face Cedarville. They will then be on the road at Malone on Sep. 27 before returning to DeHaven Field to host Walsh on Sep. 29.
The month of October begins with a match at Alderson Broaddus on Oct. 4. They will then head to Davis & Elkins on Oct. 6 before closing out the regular season at home on Oct. 13 and Oct. 18 against Tiffin and Ohio Valley, respectively.
The G-MAC Tournament is slated to take place on Oct. 27. The semifinals will then be played on Nov. 1 with the championship slated for Nov. 3.
