The University of Findlay volleyball team knocked off Michigan Tech 3-1 (25-17, 25-21, 23-25, 25-21) on Sunday, November 6, in Houghton, Michigan. With the victory, the Oilers cap off the 2011 campaign with a 9-10 mark in the GLIAC and 15-12 overall.

With the loss, their first after a nine-game winning streak, and a victory for Wayne State, the Oilers are knocked out of the GLIAC (Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) Volleyball Tournament.
