The University of Findlay volleyball team dropped a 3-1 (20-25, 10-25, 25-20, 24-26) decision against the University of Southern Indiana on Friday, Sept. 13 at the TownePlace Suites Classic in Croy Gymnasium.
The Oilers fell behind two sets to none for the second night in a row but, this time around, failed to comeback.
Senior Danielle Taflinger was all over the court, blasting 11 kills and posted two solo blocks and four assisted blocks.
Junior Amanda Calhoun helped the offense with 28 assists and contributed on defense as well collecting eight digs and four blocks.
The Oilers are back in action tomorrow for the conclusion of their tournament.
