Senior Hannah Tong was tabbed the GLIAC South Division Player of the Week on Oct. 31 for the second time this season. She also earned the honor on Oct. 17.
Tong achieved the honor by racking up a total of 46 kills over the weekend. She also hit .481 in the two matches against Lake Erie and Ohio Dominican.
The Carey, Ohio native recorded a season-high 29 kills in the Oilers 3-2 loss at Lake Erie on Oct. 28, the fourth highest single-match total in school history. She then followed with 17 kills in Findlay's 3-0 victory at Ohio Dominican on Oct. 29.
Tong has now been named the GLIAC South Division Player of the Week six times during her career. She ranks fifth all-time at Findlay with 1,454 career kills.
