Oilers Compete at G-MAC Championship

Men's Results

Women's Results

The University of Findlay men's and women's cross country team competed at the G-MAC Championship on October 21 in Nashville, Tennessee. The men took 5th as a team with a score of 146 and the women placed 7th with a score of 203.

Men's Results

The men's squad was led by junior Jonathan Allen who crossed the finished with a time 26:19.0 placing 18th. Next came junior Tyler Beck (26:43.5) who took 29th overall.

Junior Michael Taylor came in 34th with a time of 26:51.8, while sophomore Ty Gleason (27:08.7) took 43rd and freshman Jack Adams (27:10.9) came in 45th.

Junior Austin Guthrie (27:30.3) and freshman Daniel Agbola (29:24.3) also competed for the Oilers.

Women's Results

Senior Taylor Bolinger led the women's team with a time of 23:04.8 which was good enough to place 20th in the meet.

Junior Torrie Purdy placed 54th with a time of 24:37.4. Close behind her came sophomore Madiosn Borer (24:45.2) in 57th and sophomore Jenna Shipman (24:57.6) in 61st.

Also Competing for the Oilers were sophomore Madilyn Greiner (26:08.0) and freshman Matilda Jeruto (28:20.5)
